This is the really good, early season dark maple syrup! My dear friend, Peter, is a passionate organic farmer in the Oakridge area. He taps, boils (the old fashioned way) out in the bush and bottles it himself ...oh and he also labels them himself! ...the labels are a little wonky ....but the syrup will make you forget that 😅
